The Opportunity

This class provides the perfect "next step" for go-kart or quarter midget racers who are looking to move up or drivers that have experienced the full size stock car racing, but the current economic conditions have left them without a ride.  Supercup race cars look like the Sprint Cup cars you see on television, but they are just 1/2 the size.  They are inexpensive, easy to maintain, and you will find our racers on many of the same Friday/Saturday night short tracks where many of the local heroes got their start.

Great Lakes Supercup Racing

The goal of the GLS Racing Series is to provide an inexpensive stock car racing experience. The 2009 Racing season will be dedicated to the Arena Racing Series. Arena Racing Points Series Champion Tim Phillips has put up the opportunity for the 2009 GLS Series champion to be his teammate for the 2009/10 Arena Racing Season . If you have always wanted to race, but didn’t have a lot money, time or space Supercups may be the answer.

We are always looking to Add Tracks.
Our Series will draw spectators and race teams from across Michigan. The GLS Supercup series provides a great racing experience and a terrific show for your spectators.

If you interested in having us at your track or want to learn more about the GLS Series contact Tim Phillips at 269-217- 9427 or email tnt674898@sbcglobal.net
